Our prestigious client based in Pangbourne are currently recruiting for a part time Receptionist with outstanding customer service skills to join their busy front of house team.

**Duties will include**:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Booking appointments and updating the internal system
- Taking payments
- Ordering stock
- Petty cash
- Sorting and distributing post

**The person**
- Previous reception or customer service experience is highly desirable
- The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic, organised and have a positive, pro-active attitude.
- Confident communication skills and written English skills are essential.
- You must also be computer literature with a good knowledge of Word and Excel, and a high attention to detail.
- A professional manner, caring attitude, and the ability to build relationships and create a welcoming environment is essential

**Hours considered are between 25 - 30 hours, flexible on days worked
