Arcade Supervisor

**White Leisure Ltd** is a caring family run business who are excited to be expanding our chain of Adult Gaming Centres in the North West area. The role:
As a Supervisor at Leisuretime Casino, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring excellent guest services in a gambling setting. Your duties will include:

- Managing and supervising a team of employees
- Providing guidance, training, and support to staff members
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Understand and implement all the legal requirements of our industry
- Creating a relaxed and welcoming space for all our customers
- Accurate record keeping
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management position, in a customer facing role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You should be over 21 to be able to confidently enforce our think 21 policy
- The willingness to undertake further training.

**Salary**: £10.42-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mersey (required)
