Facilities Contract Manager

**Location - East London**

**We have a role doing**:

- A very well-respected Property based business who are looking for a Contracts Manager to help get their SLA’s aligned & contractors working to a tighter framework
- FM Team Management
- Helping to bring costs down
- Looking at utility providers to ensure best practice and also to be cost effective
- Formulating "contract handbooks" for each FM site
- Liaising with our various suppliers & contractors
- Contract reviews
- Budget setting for service charges
- Managing the internal inspections process
- Manuals for best practice

**Y ou are.**
- An excellent communicator with the ability to use your initiative
- Thick skinned, the role is fast paced and busy a lot of the time
- Previous experience essential (in particular in FM)
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Naturally personable
- Clear and concise with difficult tasks
