Shop/Tea bar Assistant

25 hours (Mon-Fri,12.15pm - 5.15pm) with overtime available to cover holidays plus every 3rd Sunday.

We are looking for a Shop/Tea bar Assistant at The League of Friends based at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd.

Job Role will include:

- Have good retail and organisational skills.
- Have good communication skills to liaise with staff, volunteers and customers, must have a professional and compassionate approach.
- To liaise stock for sale, stock is rotated, always full and within date.
- To manage/record stock orders, restock unit trolley for sessions and check stock is suitable for sale.
- Ensure that unit trolleys are kept clean and maintained throughout, complete cleaning duties for closure of shift.
- Develop your product knowledge and stock in store to ensure good customer service.
- Be able to follow systems and procedures, including dress code, customer service standards, safety regulations and other precautions and requirements.
- Have knowledge of Food Hygiene Level 2 and be prepared to complete if not already held.
- Engaging in appropriate behaviour at all times, representing the charity in a positive light.
- Complete tasks as delegated by Business Manager/Shop Supervisor, working as a team to complete tasks and support revenue.

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Level 2 Food Hygiene (preferred)
