**Healthcare Assistant - **Glasgow and Surrounding Areas

**Salary**: £11.25 - £12.00 per hour

As a Healthcare Assistant you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Personal Care**: Assisting residents with personal care activities, including washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and meal assistance.
- **Activities of Daily Living**: Supporting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- **Emotional Support**: Providing emotional support and companionship, creating a warm and caring environment.
- **Safety and Cleanliness**: Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- **Team Collaboration**: Working closely with the healthcare team to deliver the highest standard of care to our residents.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 6 months' experience in a care environment in the UK, with specific experience in a care home setting.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as building connections with residents and their families is essential.
- **Compassion**: A deep sense of compassion and empathy towards our residents and their families.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating to provide the best care possible.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- **Reliability**: Being reliable and punctual, ensuring the consistent delivery of care to our residents.
- **Driver's License**: A driver's license would be beneficial but not a must.
