Make your mark as UMS Co-ordinator for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen. Working as part of the HR team, you will provide HR and administrative support to our overseas employing company UMS (Ultimate Marine Solutions) and offshore workforce, with additional HR responsibilities as directed by the Senior HR Advisor.

**Y**our responsibilities **as UMS Co-ordinator**:

- Managing the recruitment process for offshore personnel
- Supporting HR queries and employee relations matters with offshore workforce
- Updating databases and employee data to ensure accurate information
- Producing detailed HR reports and data presentation
- Working closely with Offshore Manpower, Crewing, Training and Payroll departments
- Managing benefit renewals and assisting with keeping HR policies and processes updated

**Your qualities**
You can make your mark as UMS** Co-ordinator **if you have:

- Strong administration background ideally gained within an HR environment, understanding the requirement for confidentiality
- Excellent IT skills, MS Office - particularly MS Excel, databases (training will be provided on internal systems)
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work in a busy, fast paced environment and handle a varied workload

- Fulltime job: The position of UMS Co-ordinator** **is full time, 35 hours per week.
