**About you**
- To provide and assist service users in maintaining their personal hygiene

To assist the service users in achieving the outcomes of their set goals as identified in the care plans and to produce care plans and risk assessments.
- To support service users in all activities of daily living like cooking, washing and shopping etc.
- To assist service users to use local facilities and also plan their weekly activities.
- To support service users to attend appointments, meetings or activities identified in care plans including any identified cultural/spiritual requirements.
- To complete accurate and precise daily reports of service user’s progress.
- To administer and record prescribed medication according to the home's policies and procedures and to audit incoming and outgoing medications.
- To deal with any housekeeping tasks as delegated and report any health and safety issues immediately to a senior member of staff on duty.
- To organise and monitor the service users care in the home.
- To report and record all accidents and incidents involving service users as per procedures.
- To report and record any concerns about service users' welfare to the manager without delay.
- To participate in social activities organised by the home for service users whilst on duty and to support service users to participate and attend planned annual holidays.
- To organise and attend staff meetings, supervision and appraisal sessions when required.
- To carry out supervision sessions and appraisal with support workers as delegated.
- To attend any agreed training courses internal/external.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Freelance

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.30 per hour

- Day shift (required)
- Night shift (preferred)
- Overnight shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
