**Contract: Fixed Term until March 2024**

Our Turning Point Scotland Service in North Ayrshire P.E.A.R. Service is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Support Practitioner, who is motivated to work as part of our thriving and diverse team.

Your ability to work on your own initiative, manage and prioritise a busy work schedule and demonstrate attention to detail is essential. Along with your excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills along with experience of working in a proactive and flexible way will support our team in delivering the Care and Support in the community.

The Turning Point Scotland North Ayrshire Alcohol and Drug Prevention and Early Intervention Service delivers a high quality, outcomes and recovery focused service across North Ayrshire.

We understand that everybody’s experience is different. When people come to our North Ayrshire P.E.A.R Service, we personalise their care to achieve their goals

The support we provide is always person centred, we do this by involving people who know the person well, this includes family and friends, other health and Social Work professionals, Advocacy services and our own staff members.

As a Support Practitioner, you will work with individuals who have a wide range of support needs, providing them with practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives e.g. keeping safe, meaningful activities, community involvement, physical health, relationships, emotional health and wellbeing.
