Warehouse Supervisor/operative

1) Managing staff in the warehouse to ensure that orders are effectively picked and packed.

2) Check orders when an issue has been identified and support staff to resolve the problem.

3) Process and print orders when required to do so, ensuring deadlines are met.

4) Ensure orders are counted, checked and bagged ready for collection.

5) Advise the Purchasing Manager of the arrival of goods to the warehouse.

6) To provide support with customer service, when required and support general warehouse staff when needed.

7) Ensure collections by couriers are made as required.

8) Assisting with unloading stock from vehicles.

9) Maintain a thorough understanding of product knowledge to effectively handle customer queries/issues.

10) Contribute to the team effort in the warehouse, picking and packing, as well as serving customers whilst complying with age regulations.

11) Liaising with other staff and managers to ensure the above tasks are completed efficiently.
