Pod Talent is incredibly excited to be working with a rapidly growing luxury cosmetics company who are looking for a Remote Logistics Planner (EMEA, APAC) to join their fantastic UK team.

In this newly created role, you will be the glue between a number of different teams, based in the US & UK, such as sales, operations, 3PL warehouse and you will ensure to deliver exceptional service to their customers.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a business that has been growing year on year by 40% with the goal to expand the business further by opening new warehouses in the EU.

You will be:

- Responsible for order management and order processing and ensuring the stock arrives OTIF
- Managing 3PL, warehouse, freights, and couriers as well as overseeing the customs compliance
- Working on continuous improvement projects to logistics operations
- Building relationships with key customer counterparts

The ideal requirements:

- 2+ years of experience working within operations/logistics, ideally within FMCG or cosmetics environment
- Experience managing 3PL/warehouses as well as understanding import/export documentation
- Able to work with B2B customers
- Organised, resilient and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong Excel skills + ERP (ideally NetSuite)
