Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a competent and reliable person to join our friendly and busy reception team. Must be able to work between 7.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday, working 37 hours per week. Previous experience of working in a GP practice is preferable but not essential as training will be provided.

An integral part of the role would be flexibility of hours and duties, as well as being a team player. You must also have the ability to work confidently and multitask in a fast paced environment using your own initiative. You must also be extremely reliable and able to work under pressure.

You will be required to undertake a full range of administration duties, including dealing with patients in person and by phone, offering an efficient, courteous and confidential service at all times.

All staff and patients are asked to wear face masks while in the practice. Regular cleaning is required to ensure shared workstations / common areas are sanitised regularly. Covid vaccination is recommended for all staff working in general practice.

- Greenock, PA15 4NH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
