As a Head Barista you will be responsible for serving great coffee and creating an atmosphere that will make our customers want to come back You will create a positive team atmosphere and customer environment delivering a wonderful experience. You will be responsible for training and developing your team of Baristas to ensure they are delivering coffee to the highest of standards.

**What we are looking for**

Previous experience working as a Barista is essential. You will display a love for Coffee and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service experience in a café or customer centred environment. You must have exceptional communication skills.
