Ringway Dental is looking for an enthusiastic, full time **Front of House / Treatment Coordinator **(ideally with Dental Nursing experience).

Ringway Dental was taken over by award-winning cosmetic and implant dentist Dr Stephen Dodd in February 2021 and is situated in Heald Green - 5 minutes from Manchester Airport.
- Professional, personable and excellent communication skills
- Skilled at building relationships with patients on the phone and face to face
- Ability to overcome objections and barriers to treatment
- Articulate the benefits of treatment at Ringway Dental
- Motivated by achieving goals
- Organised, proficient multi-tasker with impeccable attention to detail
- GDC registered (preferred)
- Managing clinicians’ diaries - booking patients in and managing any issues that may arise
- Presenting and explaining detailed treatment plans
- Discussing pricing and payment options to the patient
- Following-up and monitoring treatment uptake
- Supporting all members of staff to maintain a smooth-running practice

**Fast facts**:

- Qualified and GDC registered dental nurse (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales-based customer-focused role (preferred)
- A ‘can-do’ attitude to challenges, with the ability to overcome them independently, multi-task and think on your feet
- Genuine passion for delivering excellent patient care
- A calm and professional manner
- Ability to manage own workload and use initiative
