**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in all areas of the kitchen where required
- Running a section and or the pass
- Prep in all areas and sections
- Report any health and safety concerns to Senior Chef
- To be of a clean and smart appearance
- To listen and learn from the team
- To be flexible and committed to customer requests wherever possible
- To contribute ideas for menu and for kitchen welfare
- Place orders
- Adhere to all Food Safety and Health & Safety Regulations
**Qualifications or desired skills**
- Thrives on working in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Able to work in a team and on your own
- Calm, flexible and committed
- Food Hygiene intermediate / Level 2
