**The Role**:
You will join a highly respected, Legal 500 ranked Corporate team as a Senior Associate/Legal Director in the firm's Manchester office.
The team are involved in a broad mix of work, including M&A, shareholder agreements, share purchases, and corporate restructures/reorgs. Clients include a number of high-growth start-ups across the North West, as well as SMEs and national businesses. The firm punches well above their weight in terms of quality of work.
You will take the lead on matters and have responsibility for key client relationships from day one, while being supported by renowned partners to develop your commercial awareness and leadership skills. You can expect a transparent progression path through to partnership that the leadership team will actively encourage you to follow.

**Requirements**:
- As a guide, this role would suit a Corporate Lawyer with 6 years PQE
- Have gained a good level of experience across a broad range of corporate matters and experience acting for an SME client base
