Job Title: Head of Engineering

Location: Bishops Auckland

**Salary**:£65,000 + Pension + Car or allowance

Hours:

- Full Time - Monday - Friday days

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience within a manufacturing/quality environment
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant manufacturing/engineering discipline
- Experience of leading and developing a team (ideally with an engineering bias)
- Experience of project management
- Experience of Lean Manufacturing
- Kknowledge of APQP and NPI gateway systems
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering and Quality systems
- QMS - ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/TS/IATF 16949:2009
- Organised, structured and systematic approach to work.
- Strong communication skills
- Six Sigma certificate
- Automotive experience
- Steel fabrications experience
