Our client base consists of reputable commercial companies and private residential properties throughout South Wales, Powys, The Midlands, West of England & South West England.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- You will be expected to carry out cleaning duties as well as administration work. You will be expected to work alongside a team of Cleaning Operatives and act as a mentor within your role as Cleaning Operative Supervisor.
- Changing and making beds
- Sanitisation of all areas' of client properties
- Dusting & polishing
- Hovering, sweeping & mopping
- Window cleaning(Internal only)
- Use of washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers
- Oven cleaning
- Fridge & freezer cleaning
- Clearance
- Decluttering
- Deep & standard cleaning
- Ironing & putting away laundry
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
- Administration
- Must be well organised
- Must meet set deadlines
- Carry out spot checks in-line with company policies & procedures
- Carry out supervisions & appraisals
- Supervising a Team of Cleaning Operatives
- Providing On-Call Support (out of hours emergencies) including weekdays, weekends & bank holidays on a set rota basis.

Must be confident in using computers, phone systems and IT systems.
