**Sixth Form Admin** to join our vibrant and prestigious secondary school in Camden.

As a
**6th Form Admin**, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to our thriving 6th Form, ensuring the smooth running of operations and enabling our students to reach their full potential. This is a fantastic chance to make a real difference and contribute to the success of our students' educational experience.

**Sixth Form Admin Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage student records, including attendance, assessments, and examination entries, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate and organize 6th Form events, such as open evenings, parent-teacher meetings, and graduation ceremonies, to create memorable experiences for students and their families.
- Provide administrative support to teaching staff, including collating resources, organizing timetables, and maintaining communication channels.
- Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and external stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and professionalism at all times.

**6th Form Admin Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role within an educational setting, ideally in a 6th Form or college environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy and demanding environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact confidently with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using a range of IT systems and software, including MS Office and student management databases.
- A proactive and flexible approach, coupled with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
