Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for the brewing industry, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring all staff members are performing their duties effectively
- Supervise food and drink service and ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Oversee bartending operations and ensure quality service is provided to customers
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving operations and customer satisfaction

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary techniques
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in bartending techniques and beverage preparation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions

- Driving Licence (preferred)
