**£100,000 - £120,000 PLUS BENEFITS**

**LONDON - HYBRID WORKING**

This is a great chance to work for a recruitment company where you will be leading and developing your own data team. In this competitive and collaborative environment, you will be largely involved with higher-end business decisions and ultimately help toguide this wider business transformation.

**THE COMPANY**

This company deals with high-end recruitment, working closely with executives to find them new and exciting roles across all markets. As part of the company's agile goals, they are now looking to become more of a data-driven business. Despite the companybeing well-established in nature, the environment there has a very strong 'start-up' and collaborative feel where you will get massive input in both the building of your team and your overall data strategy.

**THE ROLE**

During this role you can expect to be doing the following:

- Defining and delivering a strong data strategy
- Building your own data team
- Understanding the business and where strong data systems will benefit the company the most
- Working closely with stakeholders and senior members of the business
- Being prepared to work both hands-on and hands-off

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

A successful Head of Data here would have experience in the following:

- Driving a new data capability
- Building teams out
- Stakeholder engagement
- Management and mentoring experience
- Generally having a strong and positive attitude and driven by achieving excellence
