**ESOL Lecturer - Adults**

You will assist in delivering high quality teaching and academic support that enables learners to reach their potential. You will cover programmes which will include classes from ESOL Pre-Entry to Level One 19+ age groups.

You will develop ways of working that are responsive to learners’ needs, monitor and evaluate progress and practice. A natural communicator and proven motivator, you will thrive on student interaction, giving effective guidance and helping them make themost of their futures. This is an opportunity for a passionate individual who wishes to work in a truly stimulating and rewarding environment.

You will maintain student morale and discipline inside and outside ‘the classroom’ within the college delivery and in conjunction with college management.
