A market-leading £1 billion distribution group is looking for an energetic and people-focused Graduate to join their growing business in North Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable insight into different areas of the business and to progress your career in line with your strengths and what you enjoy.
**Role Responsibilities**
The business you'll be joining is a well-established electrical distribution company with a fantastic reputation. They sell a wide range of electrical equipment and parts to a range of customers online, at their trade counter and over the phone. As a Graduate Sales & Business Trainee, you will work in different departments within the business and your responsibilities will include:
- Taking orders and assisting customers with purchases and product advice
- Developing the eCommerce side of the business and helping to develop the website offering
- Looking into new suppliers and product offerings
- Getting involved in project work
- Building strong relationships with B2B customers
- Contributing to the overall running of the business
- Working in a fast-paced and hands-on business environment
In this role, you will receive excellent training and development as well as being mentored by a strong and successful manager. Your progression path will be tailored to suit your strengths and ambitions as you grow with the company. You will be given the tools to be successful, make an impact and progress.
**Rewards**
As a Graduate Sales & Business Trainee, you will receive:
- Starting salary of £26,000 - £27,000
