we are recruiting a Breakfast Chef for a delightful Hotel by the sea in Bournemouth.

This position can be either part
- or full-time.

Min of 25 hrs over 5 breakfast shifts or 40 hrs over 5 breakfast & lunch shifts, per week including weekends, bank holidays and during busy holiday periods.
- A hands-on, floor-based supervisor with a proven track record
- An enthusiastic and energetic individual who leads by example
- Sound food and drink knowledge
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Be highly motivated, proactive and reliable
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
