Staly Dental is searching for an exceptional individual to join the team as a treatment coordinator.

- Knowledgeable in all types of dental treatments including; Invisalign, dental implants, periodontics and cosmetic restorative procedures.
- Empathetic and great at building rapport.
- Computer literate with an excellent telephone manner.
- Good organisational skills.

**The role**:

- Nurture leads from enquiry to consultation in a timely manner, carrying out virtual and in practice consultations under the guidance of the practice principal.
- Supporting existing and new patients with general enquiries, including answering treatment queries and arranging appointments.
- Discussing and arranging suitable payment plans with the patient.
- Co-ordinating patient compliance documents including consent forms and quotations.
- Diary management.
- Driving social media across all platforms to increase presence and new patients.
- Supporting the practice manager and principal with implementation of general practice administration including patient communications.

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- dental: 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: £10.50-£14.00 per hour
