We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and passionate Cover Supervisors in Thurrock who are committed to safeguarding within the classroom.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Degree qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and a genuine love for teaching / working with children.
- Passion for supporting students, including those with SEN, and a commitment to their well-being and development.
- Ability to adapt and respond to the individual needs of students.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Being solely responsible for the classroom and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Providing support to students, answering questions, and assisting with their understanding of the lesson material.
- Collaborating with other teachers and school staff to ensure a seamless educational experience for students.
- Completing administrative tasks related to the role, such as taking attendance and reporting on student behaviour.
