DESCRIPTION

Are you an Account Handler with commercial experience seeking the opportunity to further your career, working for a highly reputable broker? If so, we are delighted to bring this brilliant new opportunity to market for you.
THE ROLE:
Working as Account Handler, you will be joining our client's close-knit Commercial SME team being responsible for assisting Account Executive's with their books of business by ensuring retention levels of existing clients are high and also supporting in securing new business.
Key Responsibilities for the Account Handler role include, but are not limited to:

- Handling renewals and mid-term adjustments for clients, ensuring retention levels are kept to a high level.
- Assisting Account Executive's with their books of business, covering a wide range of cross-class commercial products.
- Developing and managing strong relationships with clients, providing an exquisite level of service at all times.
- Building an expert level of knowledge of each client and their insurance requirements.
- Ensuring all information is recorded accurately on the Acturis platform.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients.
- An outgoing, pleasant and friendly personality with the determination to work hard and get 'stuck in' to help others.
- Will need to be an extremely organised individual with strong time management skills.
- Experience of using Acturis is preferable, although not an essential requirement.
