**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Operate and maintain a variety of mechanical and electrical gardening equipment, including rotovators, chainsaws, grass cutters, hedge trimmers, strimmers, push mowers, ride-on mowers, and tractor-mounted flail hedge cutters.

2. Cultivate fruit and vegetable gardens.

3. Design and implement landscaping projects to elevate the property's appearance.

4. Establish and maintain shrub beds, grassed areas, and fences, including ground planning, preparation, tree and shrub planting, and bulb installation.

5. Remove dead trees and large debris, and clear litter from the property.

**Essential Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience in a similar gardening or grounds maintenance role.

2. Knowledge of health and safety practices related to gardening and landscaping.

**Job Details**:
Salary: £22,000.00 - £31,000.00 per yearSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shift (no weekends)
