Snagger / Finisher

Precision Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Trades Person to carry out snagging works in the Oldham area.

**Duties**:

- Working on a new build housing scheme
- Basic snagging, defects & finishing work
- Basic Painting (Touching Up), Silicone Sealing No Joinery
- Adhering to Health & Safety

**About you**:

- Right to Work in the UK
- CSCS Card or Certificate
- Previous experience working on a new build housing
- Multiskilled Trades Person
- Have own transport and tools
- Enthusiastic and MUST be able to use initiative when unsupervised
- Working references ideally from a similar job

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 10 weeks

**Salary**: £18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- painting: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- N (required)
