**Title**: Health and Support Worker (No prior experience required)

**Location**: West Berkshire

**Salary**:£10.50 - £13.00 per hour

**Job Type**: Full-time/Part-time/Zero-hour Contract

No prior experience is required as all training will be provided. - **Responsibilities**:_
- Providing personal care and support services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and changing bed linens
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- **Requirements**:_
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
