**Location**: Hybrid role with 3 days a week in our VHQ, Crawley, West Sussex

**Contract**: 12 month FTC/Secondment

This role is a core position within the Ancillaries team supporting the functionality and implementation of our Ancillary products. You'll work closely with the Ancillaries team and collaborate well with other departments, this role ensures timely and accurate loading of car-hire and lounge rates, supporting agents with troubleshooting and general questions, along with driving efficiencies through reporting and invoicing.

**Day to day**:

- Input to & support day-to-day delivery of VAA's worldwide Ancillary Pricing strategies & methodology
- Perform operational duties to deliver worldwide Ancillary pricing
- Be a product expert and be a point person in answering queries related to Ancillary products
- Manage incentive scheme reporting and payments
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure efficient processes and invoicing
- Ensure the delivery of Ancillary Pricing in collaboration with the wider Revenue Management and Commercial teams
- An ancillary advocate, protecting the ancillary product and revenue integrity

**About you**:
Do you have experience working with data entry with high accuracy alongside strong commercial foresight? Then this could be the role for you

Alongside the above we're looking for the following:

- Ability to use organisational skills to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships
- Working knowledge of PowerBi, Travelbox or Workplace, would be advantageous.
- Experience leading projects from ideation to implementation
