Due to team expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a Training & Competency (T&C) Supervisor in the North Somerset and Chew Valley Agency, based in Bishop Sutton.

**About the role**:
You will join our existing supervisor team to support T&C function within the agency. Using Insights to measure competency against criteria and provide feedback, identify, and agree learning objectives with the team. You will be responsible for our agency Commercial T&C checks, phased support and licence sign off. You will mainly assess our Commercial Sales Team and Account Handlers.

You will also complete all T&C scheme activities for new staff and ensure existing staff checks are risk driven and are completed in a timely manner to ensure both external and internal regulatory and control requirements are satisfied. The role is supported by a robust training plan in which you can be assured of support and guidance, to ensure you unlock your growth potential.

**About You**:
Ideally, you’ll have at least 2 years’ experience working within the NFU Mutual or agency environment. You will be commercially astute with a good understanding of NFU Mutual commercial products and an ability to identify additional covers and products to satisfy the advised nature of our commercial renewal and sales process. It would be great if you had a good understanding of agency licensing obligations.

Able to establish and develop effective relationships and possess excellent communication skills; you’ll be able to multi-task and prioritise workloads. Strong sense of direction, organisation and motivation.
