Bartender/server

**Bartender**:

- Craft and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Develop and suggest signature cocktails and drink specials.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers to provide an exceptional bar experience, answering questions about drinks and making recommendations.
- Monitor stock and assist with ordering supplies.

**Server**:

- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide detailed information on menu items, specials, and dietary options.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Handle transactions, process payments, and provide accurate billing.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a smile and professionalism.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bartender and/or server in a high-energy bar or restaurant environment.
- Some knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to create memorable experiences for every guest.
