**About the role**:
The Graphics & Packaging Team is responsible for all graphics and packaging that is used in the manufacturing of Dyson products. The operation is split between the UK and Malaysia.

The UK plays a strategic role in delivering these items, and the Malaysia team play a tactical part. Together they deliver effective, cutting edge solutions to Dyson’s Graphics and Packaging.

As Senior Creative Artworker within the Graphics & Packaging team you will be responsible for understanding and taking the approved design direction created by Senior Creatives and producing the final production ready artwork for all market variations required. Working alongside the Lead Creative Artworker, you will be responsible for ensuring the design direction is maintained throughout, making any appropriate creative decisions in order to deliver the required vision.

**About you**:
You are a Senior Creative Artworker and will have experience of creating production ready print assets, a passion for graphic design and a strong eye for detail. You will be able to effectively take on a project, getting up to speed on what is required and for when. You will be able to follow design direction but also be confident to work with Senior Creatives to add your ideas into the mix where you see opportunities.

Experience and skills
- Relevant experience in packaging, graphic communications, or print related field.
- Highly experienced in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- A successful track record of delivering high quality print solutions.
- In-depth technical knowledge and understanding print production and reprographics.
- Able to work proactively from direction, demonstrate confidence in questioning appropriately, and maintain positive relationships.
- Comfortable communicating confidently and clearly at all levels, with credibility and gravitas (both in written and verbal format).
- Ability to facilitate reviews and drive productive outcomes.
- Experienced in managing quality assurance process and quality controls throughout project lifecycle.
- Experience of working with DAM.
