**Introduction to Darlish Ice Cream**

We’ve been scooping our artisan ice cream since 2016, serving customers across our parlours in Hertfordshire and London.

Our foundations have led the way for a happy, fun and vibrant place to work. All members of staff have a great understanding of how each role works within the business which is portrayed to the customer and helps to maintain our excellent reputation within the areas we serve.

It is essential that all members of the team work systematically to ensure that the business continues to grow and in turn, leaves our customers with the smile we strive for.

This role will commence on the 11th March 2024.

**About The Role**

We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic addition to our team as full-time supervisor.

Your role will be predominantly based in our Harpenden Parlour however we will occasionally need cross site cover at our St Albans Parlour when it is in operation.

As a Supervisor, you will get to know our very loyal customer base, serving them ice cream and coffee, and welcoming party guests to our upstairs events space.

You will need to be familiar with our menu and be an excellent communicator who can confidently describe and recommend flavours to customers during very busy periods, giving all customers a memorable experience at Darlish, so they look forward their next visit.

**Job will include**:

- Serving customers with personality and confidence so they leave the shop happy.
- Being clear on our menu, allergens and how our products are made so you can make the best possible recommendations to customers.
- Ability to be assertive and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the shop even during busy periods.
- Open/Close the shop on your own or with others so the shop is ready for another busy day of serving.
- Making and serving coffees to customers.
- Driving preferred.

**Salary**: £21,000 Dependent on experience

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
