WASHROOM OPERATOR
NO WEEKEND WORK OR BANK HOLIDAYS
NIGHT SHIFT PATTERN; 10PM - 6AM MONDAY - THURSDAY AND 7:30PM - 1AM ON FRIDAYS
BASIC SALARY PLUS SHIFT ALLOWANCE OF £5,100

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Role Overview
To work as part of a Production/Manufacturing Team to support the achievement of optimum performance and maximise Health and Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Productivity in accordance with business standards, policies, procedures and best practice.

Motivated and engaged
High standards of hygiene, quality and safety are maintained
Achievement of the target KPIs
The department achieving volumes required as per RCCP
