Architectural Assistant

London, United Kingdom Panorama Architects and Interior Designers Full time

Interested in small to medium residential and commercial projects.
- Assist senior architect in site measurement, collect and search site information.
- Assist senior architects in the design and development of small to medium residential and commercial (maily shops) projects
- Collaborate with project teams to create architectural drawings and 3D models using Microstation, and Sketchup, or AutoCAD.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, sections, and details

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in Microstation, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe ID/PS
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and building regulations
- Ability to sketch and communicate design ideas effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Mandarin speaker only.

Start ASAP in a three month contract. Contract is renewable.

We cannot sponsor the first three month working visa. If needed in the future, we can sponsor skilled worker visa.

**Salary**: From £28,000.00 per year
