Fabrication Sheet Metal Worker

**Introduction**
- Poppleton are looking to fill a number of sheet metal fabrication worker positions to join our dedicated, friendly and hardworking team to match our continued success.
- Full time permanent position.
- Working hours 08:00 - 16:30 (Mon-Thurs) 08:00 - 13:45 (Fri)
- Our Head Quarters and Workshop is based in Mochdre, along the coast in North Wales home to many family attractions, places of beauty and near the beautiful Snowdonia National Park.
- Generous annual holiday allowance.
- Hourly rate £12.50 - £14.00.

**Responsibilities**
- Complete all manufacturing tasks assigned by the Manufacturing/Factory Manager.
- Ensure a commitment to quality at all stages of production to include visual inspection of work stages to include final review of works.
- Fully capable of producing all fabrication work to a high quality standard.
- Compliance with company H&S and the desire to work safely, support maintenance procedures & respect quality control.
- Ensuring good personal time keeping and work inline with Poppleton's policies and procedures.
- Interpreting drawings and specifications accurately.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Sheetmetal experience and/or relevant qualifications.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Be able to work on own initiative and also within the team.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience/background working within a manufacturing environment.
- Tidy and highly organised.
- Knowledge of safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing.

Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
