We are looking to recruit a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join our expanding team to help the company deliver the exciting projects we have secured. We are super-prime residential specialists and what we do if very niche, requiring excellentcommunication skills and enormous attention to detail. We are looking for project managers who can rise to this challenge and want to excel in their field.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager include, but are not limited to:

- Administration of JCT contracts
- Management of projects
- Management of consultant appointments
- Provide strategic overview of the project
- Prepare meeting agendas
- Chair project meetings
- Prepare and continuous review of the programmes
- Provide the client with detailed project reports
- Manage the communication between consultants and the contractor
- Carry out regular site visits and record progress
- Deliver management of the budget
- Networking and business development.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager are:

- Relevant degree, professional body accreditation or previous work experience:

- Construction related undergraduate degree preferred.
- Experience delivering prime and/or super prime residential projects.
- Experience delivering projects in order related sectors.
- Previous experience of managing projects in excess of £5M
- Experience acting as a PM within a large established corporate PM firm is desirable.
- Strong command of JCT contracts
- Understanding of construction & property legislation
- Ability and desire to take responsibility and run projects independently (while providing high level reporting to directors) is desirable.
