Breedon on the Hill, United Kingdom Breedon Group plc Full time

**Description**:
**Location -**
**Breedon on the Hill/Hybrid**

As our Digital Learning Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in developing our Learning Management System (LMS), to digitise our learning offering and support our colleagues' learning by giving them access to what they need to do their job effectively. Your responsibility will be to support, coordinate, and administer all L&D activity across the Breedon business to assist in identifying, shaping, and building our learning offering, creating an excellent user experience.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be well-organised, pay attention to detail, be curious, capable of working independently, and proactive. Collaborating with colleagues, you'll take the lead in establishing our LMS to coordinate and manage processes, procedures, and workflow to deliver learning.

It’s a role for someone who enjoys administrative tasks, developing and following procedures, as well as finding solutions to scenarios or challenges that may not be obvious initially. This role is not about taking orders, but actively considering the end user and balancing that with the commercial need to devise the optimal solution at that time. Your tasks will not just involve booking courses or managing delegate lists. Instead, you'll focus on constructing the entire process and collaborating with the business to ensure effective implementation and seamless service.

You will have a significant impact in a space that has not received substantial attention and investment in previous years, and you will take a hands-on approach in the design, development, testing, and execution of the digital learning initiatives, while also educating others on the possibilities with the LMS.

You will be someone who is self-motivated to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks, and you enjoy bringing structure and order to your work.

**The Key Requirements...**:

- A background working in Learning and Development coordination and a strong knowledge and experience of working with an LMS
- Experience of building learning curriculums and events to meet a range of learning needs.
- A good grasp of different types of learning technology and how they can support broader learning activity.

At Breedon Group, we adhere to our four simple values - keeping it simple, making it happen, showing we care, and striving to improve. We believe in making a significant difference to the lives of our colleagues, customers, and communities. Our teams are built on meaningful relationships and constructive collaboration. As the largest independent construction materials group in the UK & Ireland, we have a goal to expand internationally in the future and become the leading vertically-integrated international construction materials group.

By joining Breedon Group, you'll be part of a business that is working towards bringing the digital learning agenda and capability to life. You will have the opportunity to be the driving force behind the L&D offering, making a significant impact as we grow and become more sophisticated with how we manage, report, and engage with the business on learning.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the business and have an important voice in shaping our digital learning and administrative service. We are proud of our commitment to sustainability and strive to ensure that our actions and decisions are balanced for the long-term economic, social, and environmental impacts, benefiting all our stakeholders.

**Benefits**:

- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Contributory Pension Scheme
- Free on-site Parking
- Volunteer Scheme
- Share Save Scheme
- Life Assurance
- Enhanced Maternity, Adoption & Paternity Scheme
- Health & Wellbeing Initiatives
- Discount Scheme
