**YOUR ROLE**

As a Workload Planner you will be part of a successful team who are committed to supporting a high-profile customer. This is a critical role within the operation, and directly contributes towards the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and operation.

**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**
- Working within the Planning team alongside, Inbound, Transport, Retail and Outbound
- Planning and releasing of Wholesale and Retail store orders for operations
- Obtaining and analysing data for daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Forecast planning - analysing the data trends
- Assisting customer service with order queries
- To review and maintain forecast and replenishment system/processes so that they operate efficiently and effectively to achieve optimum capacity & warehouse task flow
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that deadlines are achieved in line with SLA and are always maintained
- Analyse data to identify challenges and produce KPI reporting
- Assisting with planning of agency workers and completing new workers inductions
- Helping to cover holidays within the team
- Maintain excellent client & colleague relationships

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Previous experience in logistics
- Someone who is a great team player
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Someone who is organised and can plan and execute daily tasks
- Good understanding of MS packages such as Outlook Excel, and Word
- Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and to specified standards
- Must be self-motivated
- Committed to the health and safety of self and colleagues

Hours - 10:00 till 18:00

Shifts - Monday to Friday
