A formal job plan will be agreed within three months of appointment and can be honed to reflect the individual's clinical expertise and needs of the service. The job plan will then be reviewed annually. The trust has a clear clinically-led strategy to transform secondary care in East Kent and deliver outstanding standards across all specialties which build services around the characteristics of our patients and a commitment to refreshing our estate and facilities.
