**12 Month Fixed Term Contract, Fully Remote Working (occasional office visit required)**

Reed Technology is delighted to co-partner with SCPHA to exclusively deliver several hires to join their growing project team.

This will cover but is not limited to, how customers interact, their journey, user centred design principles, and new up to date data pipelines and reporting dashboards for the business to be able to interpret and utilise for better decision making.

The project provides the opportunity to provide expertise on fresh and modern led user interfaces The very latest technology is being utilised/implemented at SCPHA where they are keen to invest, modernise and future proof their infrastructure.

**Back-end Developer**

**Key Responsibilities**:
You will have good experience and track record in developing front end websites and demonstrate it using the latest tools and technologies. You will be expected to positively contribute to Agile development stories and ceremonies.

- Investigate requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in software solutions.
- Highly familiar with working with AGILE including exposure to DevOps practices.
- Good communicator required that can translate requirements to code with less supervision
- Use AGILE development practices
- Use design tools (such as wireframes) to evolve prototypes of web pages and user experience.
- Scope, build, test, and support the implementation of solutions using a variety of common programming languages. Applies agreed standards and tools, to achieve a well-engineered result.
- Design and build test cases and test scripts. Analyse and report test activities and results. Identify and report issues and risks associated with own work.
- Develop an understanding of content development and authoring activities, such as information gathering, creating draft content, and identifying appropriate illustrations.
**Backend Tech Stack**:

- Strong understanding of core AWS services for example EC2, S3, SQS, RDS, IAM, Lambda, Route53 etc.
- .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC, C# and SQL Server.
- Comfortable working as part of an Agile delivery team helping to refine stories, deliver features and contribute to retrospectives
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Running automated tests to assure systems are resilient to a range of threat profiles
- Use of Docker and building microservices
- Desirable: full stack including Reactjs, javascript, html, css
