**Job Title**: Dog Groomer

**Location**: Kampus - Manchesters new coolest neighbourhood, a mix of residential, independent shops bars and restaurants.

**Schedule**:Working 37.5 hours per week. Tuesday - Saturday 10am -6pm

**Holiday**: 28 days per annum, other benefits including staff discounts and pension scheme.

**About Us**:
The Barkside is an independent family run business, between our two city centre based sites we have two grooming salons, a dog day care and two retails units. Established in December 2011, The Barkside was designed to create a new standard for dog care. We now have an exciting opportunity for a new team member to come and join our team

The role

Will include you working along side our our existing groomer in all aspects of the salon. This will include completing grooms from start to finish ( approx 4-5 grooms per day), be confident handling ALL breeds, keeping the salon clean and tidy, and as this is a customer facing role we require you to be comfortable speaking to customers and taking bookings via our social platforms and through an online cloud system.

Training and qualifications - must have at least 1 year Dog Grooming experience or have a recognised UK qualification (City & Guilds, OCN or ICMG).
