A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of our clients based in Moreton-In-Marsh who are looking for a Bookings Advisor.

If you are interested in Luxury Property and pride yourself on forging long lasting relationships with Property Owners and Clients then this could be the role for you.

You will work as part of an exciting, friendly and dynamic team in a lovely rural location.

The primary focus will be to work in a small team advising and help Clients with their Property Bookings in a quick and efficient manner. You must have great customer service skills and excellent attention to detail.

**The Role:**

**- Answering of the telephone, and either dealing directly with the enquiry or ensuring that it is passed to the appropriate member of staff.
- Ensuring that all Live Chat enquiries are answered.
- Ensuring that all portals managed by the Bookings Department are kept up to date, and booking requests answered promptly.
- Contacting guests to chase up outstanding balances.
- Checking all bookings taken daily to ensure all correspondence sent is correct and the property restrictions are met.
- Ensuring all data of our guests are kept correctly.
- Ensuring all provisional bookings are removed after the 48 hour hold time, and contacting guests appropriately.
- Taking necessary steps to accurately answer any questions a guest may have, this may include contacting property owners or housekeepers.
- Completing daily administration tasks within the department.
- Any other tasks that we feel comes under the scope of this position.**
