Sushi Maker

We are recruiting a Sushi Artisans to join our Sushi Daily team in Waitrose Comely Bank (EH4 1AW)

Here, at Sushi Daily we offer daily freshly prepared sushi in store at Waitrose for Customers to enjoy at home or on the go.

We are welcoming team members with varying levels of experience as full training will be provided.

**The bits that need to be done**:

- prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi,
- select fresh fruits and vegetables to make high-quality dishes,
- manage food prep activities, like cooking rice, cleaning and cutting vegetables,
- maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift.
- dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service,
- honest, reliable and passionate,
- have weekend availability and a good level of flexibility,
- Health and Safety certificate, knife handling skills and food hygiene certificates preferred.

The role will be on an hourly rate dependent on experience and an immediate start is available for the right applicant or we can work with your timescales.
