Executive Assistant

**Purpose of the role**:
There are 2 positions available:
**1**st** Role**:9-month fixed term contract for maternity leave cover - Part time (3 days a week)
This role will be working with the General Manager in Enterprise Sales as well as extending support to the commercial leadership team that work alongside him. You will also work with other PA/EAs that are part of the Business Support team; supporting both the Operational Board and the Group Board.
**2**nd** Role**: 9 month fixed term contract for maternity leave cover - Full time
This role will be working with the Operational Board You will also work with 2 other PA/EAs that are part of the Business Support team; supporting other members of the Operational Board and the Group Board.
**What will I bring to the role?**
- Significant experience working at board level and liaising with C suite executives both internally and externally
- Ability to handle correspondence, both internally and externally, on behalf of the General Manager
- A pro-active, detailed and methodical approach to your work whilst being flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to practice the upmost confidentiality
- Comprehensive diary management, scheduling & time management skills
- Proficiency in scheduling and planning events
**Essential skills include**:
- Meeting preparation, capturing actions and following up said actions within the wider business
- Travel & accommodation arrangements
- Various administrative tasks e.g. expenses, preparing reports, obtaining data ahead of calls
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and effective use of the Office365 suite
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation
