St Thomas Surgery is looking to recruit a part-time Admin Clerk to join our busy team based at our main surgery in Haverfordwest.

The Admin Clerk role is an essential position within the Surgery team. The main duties of the role include computer data input of clinical correspondence attaching to patients records by coding, scanning and indexing into the Docman / Vision systems. To ensure data protection and confidentiality is maintained at all times and to assist the doctors in their efforts to offer an effective and efficient service.

All our Admin staff are required to be flexible in their working hours and duties to ensure we can cover colleagues’ absence whilst continuing to offer patients the best level of service possible at all times.

**Benefits**
- Salary - £11.44 per hour
- Enrolment on to the NHS pension scheme
- 20 days holiday a year pro rata plus Bank Holiday increasing to 25 days after 3 years’ service
