**Key Responsibilities of the Role**
- Supervise, coordinate and monitor sub-contractors' performance
- Proven track record in successfully delivering projects to a high standard
- Withstand an intense, high-pressure environment delivering projects to strict deadlines
- Monitor their own progress and the progress of others in accordance with the agreed project schedule and issue notifications where required
- Check and understand all drawings and specifications. Ensure that any errors are formally communicated to the project manager
- liaise with the client, subcontractors, and associated consultants and be able to chair regular progress meetings.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications building regulations and good building practice
- Ensure compliance with the company’s quality procedures
- Attending progress meetings with clients and/or representatives
- Overseeing from the first fix stage right through preparing and managing snagging lists and reporting on sub-contractors.

**Essential Criteria for the Role**:

- Appropriate construction qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) detailed knowledge of construction in high-end residential or major large commercial projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic along with maintaining a high level of Health and Safety.
- Well organised and have the ability to multitask
- Ability to demonstrate commitment, hard work, enthusiasm, and flexibility

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £225.00-£260.00 per day
