**About the Role**

We're on the lookout for a Recruitment Partner to join our People Team.

In this role you'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across Nucleus, from sourcing the best industry talent to assessing skills, competency and cultural contribution, all with people experience at the forefront of everything you do. We have some exciting projects in the pipeline this year to get stuck into including a top-down review of our onboarding and induction offering and setting foundations for our apprentice, graduate and internship programmes - loads of value-add and impactful work to get involved with in the coming months.

You'll collaborate with our People Partners and People Leaders to proactively forecast headcount plans and develop localised team hiring strategies that meet the needs of our business. Our sourcing methodology is varied, using direct and indirect ways of finding and selecting the very best people - so you'll be well versed in leveraging social media networks, working in collaboration with external partners, and getting creative when it comes to how we do things.

We know that to achieve our vision of becoming best loved platform and deliver exceptional customer outcomes, we need the very best people to do it. You'll play a key role, as our Recruitment Partner, in bringing our ambitions to life through building diverse, skilled, and high-performing teams.

As our Recruitment Partner, you'll spend some of your time:

- Working with People Partners and Leaders to develop bespoke recruitment initiatives or strategies at team-level
- Ensuring we are as cost-efficient as possible and maintaining awareness of our recruitment budget/targets
- Creating and updating role profiles and adverts that entice and excite
- Managing, refining and embedding our various recruitment tools and resources, including our ATS, job boards and internal training content
- Ensuring our careers site is engaging, attractive and reflective of our culture and employee value proposition
- Supporting People Leaders on occasion in interviews to demonstrate best practice techniques and provide follow-up coaching
- Training and coaching our People Leaders on recruitment best practice including interview skills, best practice principles and maximising the value of our ATS

We've always placed more importance on cultural contribution above technical ability, but we'd really like you to have/be:

- Experience managing in-house, end-to-end recruitment strategy and process
- Familiar with a wide scope of talent acquisition and management tools
- Experience developing and evolving recruitment methodology aligned to business transformation and change
- Comfortable working with high volumes and variable business needs
- Strong analysis skills to transform data into insights, story-telling and actions
- The ability to prioritise the high impact work, but never neglect the detail
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Comfortable with agile and informed decision-making
- The courage to challenge when something isn't working
