In this role you will be the first point of contact for citizens, your role as a Senior Customer Advisor is to ensure our citizens receive a professional and customer-focused experience.

Duties included:

- To respond to customer enquiries in accordance with legislation, corporate, directorate and service policies and procedures.
- To respond to enquiries in person.
- To resolve enquiries to reduce the number of queries that need to be referred to service providers or escalated to line managers.
- Respond effectively to other customer enquiries concerning the local services as required, taking ownership, and seeking to resolve directly with the customer wherever possible.
- Contribute to the review of service processes, making recommendations to improve service delivery and performance.
- Contribute to the effective resolution of complaints by providing detailed and accurate information and analysis of case history and case updates to the Team Leader.
- Experience in a similar role.
- The ability to de-escalate and resolve issues and provided excellent customer support.
- The ability to follow procedures and policies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail.

Details:

- Monday to Friday - 9AM - 5PM
- Office based
- 3 month contract (with possible extension)
- £12.93 per hour
